What this app does
FanVoice Issue Viewer is the Atlassian Forge app that embeds the FanVoice viewer on Jira Cloud issue pages so agents can watch recordings, read transcripts, and review AI summaries without leaving the ticket.
Install the app
- Open the Atlassian Marketplace and install FanVoice Issue Viewer on your Jira Cloud site (site admin required).
- After installation, open any issue. Use View app actions (issue header) and choose FanVoice Issue Viewer to open the panel.
If the panel does not appear for every issue type yet, a Jira admin can use the panel's ⋯ menu and choose Show for all work items once so the integration is available broadly on your site.
Linking a FanVoice session to a ticket
The panel detects a FanVoice link automatically from the issue description. Include a FanVoice URL anywhere in the description — as a hyperlink or plain text. Supported hosts:
issues.fanvoice.aiposts.fanvoice.ai- Environment subdomains such as
dev.issues.fanvoice.ai
If no FanVoice link is found in the description, the panel shows "No FanVoice link detected".
Using the panel
- Use Reload panel to re-fetch the FanVoice link from Jira and reload the viewer — useful after updating the issue description.
